A Little About Our team
Our staff of two commercial and seven residential appraisers actively conduct appraisals in Worcester County, as well as several communities in Middlesex, Norfolk, Franklin, Hampden, and Hampshire Counties. Completely documented appraisal reports are completed in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Michael J. O’Hara and Joel A. Buthray, partners of the firm, both have the MAI designation, the highest designation awarded in the appraisal industry.
